  We have used ASAP a number of times and have always been happy. They stand by there service which is really good. We had a persistant problem on a Bosch oven/microwave/convention combo. It took a few tries, but they got it right. The answering service does seem busy, but i would rather have a busy trandesman that one stitting by the phone becasue no one wants to hire them.
